Lou The eager beagle pup Lou first drafted into service in “Cats and Dogs” is now a senior operative for D.O.G. A proud papa with a litter of his own, Lou doesn't let his domestic responsibilities get in the way when he’s on the hunt. Butch Brave and reliable, Butch is a veteran D.O.G. field agent. He’s fought many villains, including Mr. Tinkles. He is nearing retirement and looking forward to a life where he can just sit, stay and lie down. But D.O.G. higher-ups think he’s the perfect partner to train the new recruit, Diggs. |
Diggs A talented but out-of-control German Shepherd, Diggs’ hot-dogging got him booted from the police academy and bound for the pound. He was rescued by leaders of the covert canine protection agency D.O.G., who believe Diggs has the heart to be a great agent if he can bring his ego to a heel and learn to work with the pack. |

Kitty Galore Once a respectable agent for feline protection organization M.E.O.W.S., Kitty Galore turned evil after losing her fur in a lab accident and is now a few hacks shy of a hairball. Unpredictable and deadly, this sourpuss has a need for attention almost as powerful as her need for world domination. Mr. Tinkles The infamous fluffy menace from “Cats and Dogs,” Mr. Tinkles now lives under heavy guard, until he escapes you know. If anyone can get inside Kitty Galore’s mind, it’s him. But will he play ball? One thing is for sure: Tinkles always land on his paws. |
Ivy This saluki dog was the perfect agent-until her humans left her behind. She took to the streets, but now she's back, to help D.O.G. fight Mr. Tinkles. Tab He may need to cut down on the Meow Mix, but make no mistake: Tab Lazenby means business. He’s the fearless leader of M.E.O.W.S. and he’s always on the lookout for useful information. Sam Sam may not be the smartest agent, but he has a heart of gold. He’s always trying to impress his superiors, which can make him look stupid, but he’s too focused to notice. |
